SLOWLY GENTLY WITHIN YOUR RANGE OF COMFORT!

Simple fast relief to the sore back >Lie on the floor, knees wide apart, hang on to knees just below knee caps (the part you kneel on),feet off the ground, lift the head as to look at the horizon or as high as comfortable and gently-slowly roll right and left (the movie is too fast!). You can vary the amount of work being done by the arms or abdomen. Stay balanced and in control so you can change direction or pause at any time throughout the movement, the movement can be very small and always slow. This can alter the protagonist antagonist relationship throughout the trunk while massaging the sore muscles from the inside out with your own body weight while safely supporting the lower back on the floor check out the little movie I made but go much slower I really hope it works for you pb
